Think.

We think that everyone is staring at us all the time.
We take every comment so personally.
We think that everyone cares about or notices what we are doing.

They don’t.

Most people only worry about themselves.

Someone could say a negative comment to you that you will remember for the rest of your life, and they won’t even remember saying it.

There is power in knowing this.

  • Don’t take everything so personally. Most people are too busy living inside their own heads to notice how their words or actions affect those around them.

But in having this awareness, you must also understand it works both ways -

  • Think about what you say to others. What may be a passing comment to you could leave a lasting impact on someone else. Although you may just be caught up in our own frustrations and problems, try to remember how much your behavior could potentially affect those around you.

Built upon the principle that the mind constructs reality, the publication examines how shifting our internal lens invites a deeper awareness of reality and reframes how we experience the world.
