On Bravery
Being brash is often confused with bravery.
Those who are brash may appear fearless as they brazenly and impulsively burn through life; however, true bravery is not the absence of fear.
On the Extremes
Don’t you realize that the most beautiful of people are the ones who have lived on the edge of the world? If you want to truly live, you can’t live in the middle. You have to live in the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.
For life is not simply existing; it is setting the world on fire.
But passion keeps us alive.
What good is having a sound brain if your body is kept in a bind? We fear passion will kill us, but passion keeps us alive.
On Authenticity
In life, you cannot avoid judgment or suffering. So you must ask yourself, would you rather suffer by your own hand or by the hand of others?
